Elon Musk’s authorized staff has responded to Twitter’s lawsuit in opposition to him, saying that the firm is demanding an unreasonably quick trial. In response, Musk’s staff asks that the case not be heard till subsequent 12 months, in accordance to Bloomberg.

Nearly instantly after he stated he meant to pull the plug, Twitter board chairman Bret Taylor stated the firm can be taking Musk to court, and the firm filed its lawsuit on Tuesday. Musk hadn’t responded through the courtroom till Friday, although on Tuesday, he did tweet.
Musk’s major assertion for wanting to terminate the merger is that Twitter has not given him the knowledge to “‘make an independent assessment of the prevalence of fake or spam accounts on Twitter’s platform,” his authorized staff wrote final week. His staff once more invoked the bots difficulty in Friday’s submitting. According to The Wall Street Journal, they stated that “the core dispute over false and spam accounts is fundamental to Twitter’s value.
